Personal Nutrition Plan + App Access

Everything included in the Meal Planning App category plus a personalized nutrition plan developed by your certified nutrition coach based on your individual goals and body measurements. Your coach will monitor your progress in MacroStax and make adjustments to your plan every month based on your individual needs. Plan includes access to your coach through MacroStax.

1:1 Personal Nutrition Coaching

$200/month

Everything included in Personal Nutrition Plan + App access PLUS 1:1 access to your certified nutrition coach to own your nutrition. Your coach will design a plan that works for you. This plan includes daily nutrition tracking and accountability, meal planning assistance, and quarterly biometrics measurements to track your progress using our InBody body composition scanner (available in person only). 

Includes Access to MacroStax, Personalized Nutrition plan and 1:1 nutrition coaching (Weekly email check-ins; Monthly virtual 1:1 meetings; Quarterly in-person reviews)
